General Information & Foods Groups for FM (compliments of Mayo Rochester, MN): this was given to me by the amazing doctor at Mayo that we took our son to. It was beyond helpful and one of the best sources of information I have found yet. It gives you the basic understanding of FM and other Fructose issues as well as where to start and what to try during your research into finding triggers. Each child is different so dont rule anything out even fructanes.
